Office Manager


Kathy has been in Dental Administration for over thirty years, fifteen of those years have been with Dr. Parrett and CVDC. She enjoys the relationships that she has gained with the patients. Kathy enjoys spending time with family. She also loves to read – If she is late getting back from lunch, it’s usually because she’s in the middle of a good book!

Patient Coordinators


Jen has been working at CVDC for five years and is a lifelong patient of Dr. Parrett’s. Assisting patients as they leave the office at the checkout counter, you may have spoken with her regarding a pre-treatment estimate from your insurance company or simply just to confirm an upcoming appointment. She likes to spend time with family, friends and her beloved feline friend, Grover.


Brooke has been working at CVDC since 2014 as a patient coordinator. She is the bright smiling face you see when you check in at the front desk and the friendly voice when you call in to schedule an appointment. Brooke is your first point of contact and uses her service industry background to make sure your needs are met. When she is not at CVDC, you’ll find her spending time with her family and friends.

Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDA)


Amber has been a dental assistant for seventeen years. She received her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant degree from the Academy of Medical Arts in 2006. She has enjoyed having a hand in rebuilding patient’s smiles at CVDC. More recently she shifted her skills to the front office specializing in documentation, insurance claims, appeals and treatment planning. This transition has allowed her to spend more time with her husband, three-year-old son Landon and newest member of the family.


Lena has been in the dental field for ten years and has worked at CVDC for six years as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). She received her degree from KTI in Harrisburg in 2008. In her free time, Lena loves to spend time with her husband, two children and two dogs.


Kylee has been with CVDC for two years and originally was a patient coordinator at the front desk, then was trained on the job as a dental assistant. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her 5-year-old son.


Rachel has been a dental assistant for 13 years, 2 of which have been at CVDC. Rachel enjoys patient care and making people smile. She loves animals. She spends her free time playing with the two dogs she has at home.


Hailey is a Certified Dental Assistant who joined the CVDC team in 2015. Hailey graduated in 2015 from Harrisburg Area Community College with a Certificate in Dental Assisting. Hailey is also a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician. In her free time, she enjoys flea markets, DIY Projects and baking.

Dental Assistant


Baylee has recently joined the team at CVDC. She attends the dental assisting program at FCCTC. Upon graduation, she plans to go on to college to earn her Registered Dental Hygienist License. She hopes to brighten your day and have you leave with a smile!

Sterilization Manager


Lee has recently joined the CVDC team as the Sterilization Manager. He looks forward to building relationships with coworkers and patients. Lee enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also loves landscaping and grilling at his new home!

Dental Hygienists


Tracy is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been working with Dr. Parrett for 28 years. After spending time getting acquainted with the dental field, Tracy received her degree from Allegany Community College in Cumberland, MD. She began working with Dr. Parrett right after dental hygiene school and has been with Dr. Parrett through all of his office transitions. She also has taught dental assisting for the past 22 years at FCCT. Tracy lives in the Path Valley area with her husband, Jeff and two children, Ben and Emily.


Chelsea has been a Registered Dental Hygienist at CVDC since 2015. However, she started her journey with us in 2011 as a Patient Coordinator. She graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves putting smiles on her patient’s faces. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her puppy, Cooper, and traveling with her family and friends!


Megan has been working in the dental field since 2010. She became a licensed dental hygienist who is able to administer local anesthesia in 2014 and later finished her B.S. degree in Health Policy and Administration Concentration from Penn College. In her spare time, Megan enjoys tennis, golfing and snowboarding.


Jessica has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2016. She graduated from Hagerstown Community college and is able to give anesthetic for patient comfort. Jess enjoys treating patients and helping them accomplish the best dental health. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
